2024 Race Calendar

WINGMEN:
1. Click on each race that you are interested in joining, and email the Coordinator listed to join the team roster.
2. For any races you wish to redeem as one of your free 5K or 10K options – still email the coordinator so they know you are interested and want to join the participation roster. 
3. Every Friday, the ASA Office will email anyone who has fulfilled their monthly group run commitment that week the Free Race Designation Form. (It can be the same race that you already emailed a Coordinator about).  ***Please note – You will have to pick races that are at least four weekends from the Friday you receive the designation form so that we can follow our race registration process.   (Example: trainings start the week of March 18th – the first Free Race Designation Form email will go out on Friday, March 22nd – therefore the first weekend of eligible races is April 19th.)
4. You will complete the form that weekend you receive it so that on Monday,  we will mark your race as FREE so the Coordinator knows to send you the appropriate registration instructions.   
5.  Distances longer than a 10K are only free once you become a Captain.  For any race you want to participate in whose distance is longer than a 10K – email the coordinator listed and you will be given race registration information which often includes a discount code.  

CAPTAINS:
1. Designate races you wish to participate in this year via the Wish List survey sent to you.
2. You may join additional races as a Wingman by following the instructions above.
