asa'S Brand Ambassador Program

We are looking for friendly, passionate ASA Wingman Program participants who continuously support and show up for ASA, and who want to help spread ASA’s message of inclusivity and FUN when racing! Our Ambassadors are members of the ASA community who inspire and encourage others. To be considered for the 2024 Team, complete the Ambassador Application. Applicants must be 18 years old. The application process begins on December 1, 2023. Submissions close January 5, 2024. Applicants chosen will be notified by email no later than January 10, 2024.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ambassadors are current members of the ASA Wingman Program who wish to spread ASA’s message to their community and social media followers. They are Wingmen, Parents, or Athletes who love ASA’s mission and will enthusiastically promote ASA’s upcoming races and events and are active across social media to increase awareness about ASA in our communities. They will fulfil the expectations outlined below.  This is a one year commitment.

PERKS FOR AMBASSADORS:

  • Free entry into ALL races you participate in with ASA.
  • Discount code that can be shared with friends and family to increase participation to ALL ASA signature events.
  • Bonus FREE Merch (3-5 items)
  • Announced and tagged as a member of the 2024 Ambassador Team via social media and website.

EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Promote ASA’s brand by actively supporting the ASA Wingman Program.
    • Participate in a minimum of 7 ASA races in 2024.
    • Volunteer at a minimum of 2 ASA events or waterstop in 2024. 

  2. Share your experiences with ASA via all of your social media platforms at least once a week.
    • Share content provided by ASA with specifications given by ASA.
    • Share your own content that is fun, inspirational, and informational.

  3. Promote ASA to clubs, individuals, and companies by word of mouth.

  4. Assist in the recruitment of Wingmen runners and other ASA event Volunteers.
    • Bring at least 6 guests to try out being a Wingman at group runs.
    • Bring at least 10 guests to ASA RunFest.
    • Bring at least 10 guests to ASA Bash.
    • Bring at least 5 guests to volunteer at an ASA event or waterstop. 

  5. Promote ASA by wearing ASA clothes in your day-to-day life. 

  6. Attend the Open House in your community.

  7. Must be active on Facebook and Instagram with strong following and frequent engagement.
    • Regarding other platforms, LinkedIn and TikTok are also encouraged as ASA hopes to grow our following on these media platforms.
