Athletes Serving Athletes’ Continued Growth Sparks New Fundraiser
ASA’s newest Fall fundraiser will be the highlight of September for locals.
BALTIMORE, Md: On September 29th in Brookeville, Maryland, Athletes Serving Athletes (ASA) will be hosting Farm, Food, and ‘Fun’raising, its first fundraiser serving Montgomery, Howard, Frederick, and Fairfax counties. As ASA’s presence continues to expand and grow in these counties, the organization determined it was time to offer this area a new way to celebrate and support their important mission: to elevate the quality of life for those living with limited mobility by empowering them to train for and participate in mainstream running events.
During this evening of fun, guests will enjoy axe throwing, raffles, a money wheel, drinks, and a barbecue dinner. This event will also feature a special viewing of ASA documentary ‘The Power of We’. All proceeds will benefit ASA’s Wingman Program.
